Naturopathic + Functional Medicine

About Dr. Stephanie Lund

When You Don’t Feel Like Yourself, There’s Usually More to the Story.

When Something Feels Off

Many women start noticing subtle changes beginning in their mid-30s.

Fatigue that doesn’t make sense. Brain fog or trouble focusing. Mood shifts, anxiety, or low motivation. Unpredictable cycles or hormone changes. Inflammation, stubborn weight changes, or declining energy.

Often these symptoms get treated one at a time. But the body rarely works that way.

Hormones, brain chemistry, metabolism, gut health, environmental exposures, and the nervous system all interact. When those systems fall out of balance, the effects can show up across the body and mind.

Dr. Stephanie Lund helps patients step back and understand the full picture so they can regain clarity, resilience, and long-term vitality.

A Systems-Based Approach to Healing

Dr. Lund approaches medicine with a simple idea: when the body receives the right support — nutrition, balanced hormones, nervous system regulation, and targeted care — it responds.

Rather than chasing symptoms, she focuses on restoring harmony across the systems that shape how you feel day to day.

Her work blends naturopathic medicine, functional diagnostics, and practical lifestyle strategies to help uncover why you don’t feel like yourself.

Patients often seek her care for support with:

  • Hormone health
  • Brain fog, mood, and focus concerns
  • Perimenopause and menopause transitions
  • Metabolic health and insulin resistance
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Brain health and cognitive resilience
  • Longevity and performance

By listening carefully, identifying patterns, and connecting the dots between systems, Dr. Lund works with patients to rebuild resilience and strengthen long-term health.

Why I Became a Doctor

My journey to practicing naturopathic medicine is a deeply personal and transformative one. Early in my own health journey, I struggled with persistent symptoms that conventional medicine only managed on the surface—and at times, medications and fragmented care seemed to make things worse. I felt frustrated, unheard, and disconnected from my own body.

Searching for a deeper, more holistic approach to healing led me to naturopathic medicine, and everything changed. Through natural therapies, lifestyle changes, and a treatment plan that addressed me as a whole person rather than a collection of symptoms, I experienced true healing and a renewed sense of vitality.

That transformation inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others achieve lasting wellness. In my practice, I blend nature’s healing wisdom with modern science and functional diagnostics. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and restore itself when it’s given the right support. Partnering with my patients, we cultivate lasting health—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

My greatest joy is witnessing patients reclaim their vitality and live a vibrant, healthy, and fulfilling life.
