How often do I follow up?

Typically every 4–6 weeks at first, then every 2–3 months, then maintenance every 6-12 months.

Do you offer in-person and virtual visits?

At this time, all visits are virtual. In-person visits coming soon!

How can we determine if we’re a good fit?

I offer a complimentary 15-min call to review your goals, discuss my approach, and decide whether working together feels like the right next step.

Are you a primary care physician (PCP)?

I am not contracted with insurance as a primary care provider. Please continue seeing your PCP for annual exams, urgent care needs, and insurance-covered screenings such as mammograms.

Where can I find my lab results and treatment plans?

Both are available in your Patient Portal under the Labs and Documents tabs. Lab results are posted before your appointment if you would like time to review them in advance.

Treatment plans are typically published within 24 hours after your visit. If a document is not visible in the portal, it has not yet been published.

Do you take insurance?

Most naturopathic practices do not; you can use HSA/FSA for services and labs. PPO insurance plans can be used for some labs.

How long will it take to see results?

This depends on your goals and the complexity of your health concerns. Some patients notice improvements within a few weeks, while deeper or longer-standing issues may take several months as we work to address root causes and support lasting change.

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes, I can prescribe medications when appropriate, however I cannot prescribe Schedule II controlled substances.

How do I refill my prescription?

If your pharmacy indicates that you are out of refills, please submit a refill request through the Patient Portal under Medications or via Secure Messaging. If you are up to date with your visits, refills are typically already available at the pharmacy.

Do you work with children or teens?

Yes, when it’s the right fit. If your child has more complex needs, I may recommend a specialist or a more targeted approach.
